Apartments Qualitas - Kotor

Thank you for this such wonderful experience during all vacation. The apartment has excellent and incredible near to local sights and the mountains. In fact, the property is situated by the sea. I recommend it for trip.

thank you for wonderful stay during all vacation and close enough to old town, and a big supermarket. there's views of the bay. it has excellent and fantastic setting right on the harbour in the bay of kotor. it's nestled in gorgeous building. there's a place called caffe bandiera not very far from the apartment, you can order shots or cocktails.

Great location just outside the old town, close to a grocery store and nice, cheap bbq restaurant. The owner was incredibly welcoming and friendly. They also have a good system to hold you a parking spot right outside the unit, which is very appreciated because parking can otherwise be chaotic near the old town.

Rooms are a little dark.

Everything was perfect for me, recommend. Exceptional view, incredible and best possible location. Also, I loved that I could visit a supermarket and a convenience store in the area. There were amazing restaurants close to the apartment. The host made my stay really comfortable. Easy check-in, affable and wonderful staff.

There's views at the town. The venue has stunning and beautiful setting in the lake. And it's adjacent to the closest supermarket.

The rooms were nicely furnished and new-fashioned. The accommodation included central heating, an iron, and coffee/tea making machines. It was incredibly close to a grocery store. The host treated us very well.

Convenient base for exploring Kotor;)))

Took a relaxing stroll in the non-existent garden and enjoyed the view of the non-existent hot tub. Tivat Airport was a mere 5 km away, but who needs convenience when you can have imaginary amenities?

Oh, and let's not forget the non-existent dining area. Such a shame, I was really looking forward to having dinner with my invisible friends.

I got great value for my money at Qualitas Apartments. The room was compact, cosy and had everything I needed. The location was perfect, with fine scenery and a short walk to the beautiful Old Town. Mirko, the owner, was a lovely guy who genuinely wanted me to have a happy stay. He even lent me an umbrella when it was rainy. I had a fantastic experience and would definitely stay there again.

The breakfast could have been improved with more variety.

The room was super clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed and a fine view of the old city and bay. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the bus station and the charming old town. The hosts were friendly and provided helpful tips for our stay. I highly recommend this hotel for a good stay in Kotor.

The location of this hotel is excellent, as it is situated next to the harbor and only a few minutes' walk to the fortress. It is also close to restaurants and supermarkets, making it convenient. The room we stayed in was fantastic, with a huge bed and all the necessary amenities, including a small fridge, glasses, plates, and cutlery. our room had access to a small garden with a peaceful and quiet environment. The hotel staff, including Mirko and Dany, were friendly and kind. They provided us with helpful advice on where to eat and what to see in this city. We even had the opportunity to meet Mirko's father and brother, who were also very helpful. We felt okay all time at this hotel and in this city. The area was secure, even when we returned to the hotel late at night.

Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.

The value for money at Qualitas was really good - we got so much more than we expected from our modern and spacious apartment. The location couldn't have been better, with the old town, boat tours, and supermarket all within a few minutes' walk.

The morning meal could have been improved with a wider selection.

The location was fantastic, with easy access to the bus station and just steps away from the historic old town. It was great to be able to appreciate the scale of the beautiful walls, especially when they were lit up at night.

The shower in the room was a small free-standing enclosure outside of the bathroom. It was a bit awkward, especially for taller people, and it was easy to get the floor wet around it.

I recently stayed at Apartments Qualitas for a short getaway and it was amazing. The location was perfect, right on the port and within walking distance to everything. The hosts, Mirko and Dany, were incredibly welcoming and attentive, always making sure I had everything I needed and providing great tips for exploring the area. The apartment was cozy, clean, and had a nice view from the balcony. The breakfast spot under the plants was a lovely touch. Thank you, Mirko and Dany, for a wonderful stay! I will definitely be back.

I recommend this hotel.

The host was incredibly friendly and helpful, providing pickup transfers and even giving me a lift to the bus station in the rain. The location was excellent, just a short walk to the old town and close to boat tour meeting points. It also had a great view of the bay and mountains. The apartment was clean and had all the essentials, including a kettle and mini fridge.

The lack of tissues in the room was a bit inconvenient, as it seems to be a common trend in European accommodations. The apartments with water views faced a busy car park, which could be a bit noisy at times.
